Cancellation & Refund Policy

OlyPages is committed to providing classes and workshops at accessible prices that allow us to appropriately compensate our faculty and keep our doors open. We appreciate all our community that participates in all our programming, and we Course fees must be paid before classes begin. If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, the following refund policy will be applied.

To receive a refund on Single-Session Classes, you must cancel prior to one week before the first session. We will refund you: your registration fee minus a cancellation fee of $20.

To receive a refund on a Multi-Week Classes, you must cancel prior to one week before the first session. We will refund you: your registration fee minus 10% of the course fee paid.

All refunds are usually sent within 5-10 days of cancellation.

Transfer Fees
In some circumstances, we may be able to transfer your registration from one course to another before a class starts. Please note that a transfer fee will be applied. This transfer cannot be applied to all courses. Contact us with questions.

No refunds or credits are available less than one week before the session begins. No refunds are given after a class has begun. We are unable to offer refunds or credits if a class or workshop was not to your liking, although we always appreciate thoughtful feedback about our programming and will take input into consideration for future planning.

OlyPages relies on students to keep our programming running. Please note that when you register for a class you are reserving one of a limited number of spots available. Registering early for a class you want to take helps ensure it will happen.

Cancellation due to low enrollment. Your registration counts toward our consideration of class minimums. If a class doesn’t meet it required minimum registrants, OlyPages reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students are eligible for a full refund.

OlyPages reserves the right to refuse a registration for any reason and/or to remove a student at the instructor or administration’s discretion.
